Where are you located?
We're in Christchurch, New Zealand.

How long will shipping take?
We ship the day you order - typically most parcels will take 2-3 days to reach their destination, however rural delivery may take a little longer. We do provide a tracking number once your parcel has shipped. If you're in New Zealand we ship for free!

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card, paypal, laybuy or direct bank deposit.
